   A big thank you to a lovely bunch of skiers from Cervinia April 2014 who generously donated to Cardiac Risk in the Young. Money still coming in but to date we have raised £5700 by taking part in the Isle of Wight Yacht Race. This to be used to set up screening clinics for young people. There are at least 18 unnecessary deaths from this condition each week in the UK. Ros Henshaw

   This is such an important cause that we got invited to a press conference and met David Dimbleby who took time to listen to Graham’s sad story of how he lost his daughter Claire Reed at the age of 22 years.

   Lunchtime, Chalet D’Oz. Crikey – 22 miles training run today and only three weeks until Le Marathon de Paris 2015.
