Every year we go to Courchevel twice & stay in the lovely skivo2 chalets. This is the holiday that suits all abilities as 10 hours tuition is offered to everyone from beginners to advanced skiers.
We normally have a huge number of guests spreading through several chalets & so guests get to know each other in the chalets, in the lessons and in the apres sessions organised by Singlesport. This is definitely a good choice if you want to socialise and combine the very best lessons with plenty of free ski time as well. By attending lessons it’s an ideal way to identify other skiers who ski at your pace even though they may be staying in other chalets. Even the best skiers are challenged by these excellent instructors and beginners are well looked after and encouraged by more experienced guests. This year we will be offering lesson extensions as an option for a small extra charge to those who wish to travel further through the Three Valleys or spend more time off piste or in the bumps, (subject to number of guests interested)
Prices vary according to the chalet you choose but they all include accommodation, 7 breakfasts 7 teas 6 dinner with wine and 10 hours ski tuition
You can choose to stay in any one of 7 skivo2 chalets, please click on the pictures above for further details and to make your choice.
Although this holiday is nearly full please “request” a place in the chalet of your choice using “my bookings” and I will create a waiting list.
I can offer the option of finding your own accommodation but still joining the chalets for all meals & lessons. To request this option select A N Other when you sign up using “my bookings” and I will send you more details

As the chalets managed by skivo2 have sold out I am now adding the lovely Jardin D’Angele chalet which is managed by Mountain Heaven. We have used this for many years and it is very popular with Singlesport guests, it is the nearest to the lift and has a hot tub. Guests will be included in the same ski lessons as the Skivo guests but their transfers will be organised by Mountain Heaven who require guests to land by 2 pm in Geneva and depart after 2pm. This is all explained in your booking confirmation
I am very happy to find you someone to share with as Mountain Heaven will not allow single occupancy.
Chalet & hotel rooms vary considerably. Where possible we give priority to those sharing a room before those requiring single occupancy. Within each category if rooms differ we try to give the advantage to those who book first.
All chalets offer breakfast afternoon tea & dinner with wine (except on staff day off when we dine out).
skivo2 premier chalets however give more choice, beautifully decorated ensuite accommodation, everything that the standard chalets do plus that little bit extra:
• Guests in skivo2 premier chalets enjoy a full cooked breakfast along with fresh fruit salad each morning in addition to the standard breakfast offered in the other chalets. Or your chef will be happy to accommodate if you prefer something else.
• A glass or two of chilled bubbly along with some canapés before dinner each evening
• A speciality cheeseboard with fresh fruit and port is offered each evening after dinner
• Specially chosen top quality red, white and rosé wines are also served each evening
• Additionally each bedroom is supplied with a hairdryer and extra soft, fluffy bath and hand towels
By booking early you can spread your costs & get the advantage of good flight or train prices but please do not book your flight or train until your chalet booking is confirmed.
Flights for skivo2 chalets should arrive in Geneva between 9.30 & 16.30 —-return flights take off after 10.30 (flights into other airports & at other times by arrangement subject to 4 or more quests travelling together)
Mountain Heaven require guests to land by 2 pm in Geneva and depart after 2pm.
You can book the Eurostar train leaving London on Friday night or Saturday morning and return on the train leaving Moutiers on Saturday morning or Saturday night. If you travel by night both ways you will get 8 days skiing as opposed to 6 days if you use the daytime service or 7 days if you use one of each. Eurostar normally starts selling in July or August when prices are cheapest.
I am happy to advise you which flights other guests are using as the more people on the same flight the easier it is to arrange transfers
Shared 8 seat minibus transfers meet flights landing between 9.30 & 1630 in Geneva . Return transfers serve flights departing from 10.30. The last transfer leaves resort at 13.00 so guests on evening flights will have a wait in Geneva. We try to avoid waiting but those landing & taking off at peak times ie between 12.00 & 1500 are likely to wait less than early or late arrivals & departures. The more people choosing the same flight the better! Please ask me if you would like to know which flights other guests have chosen.
£110pp return: Geneva, (Chambery only if 4 guests are on the same flight)
£130pp return: Lyon, Grenoble (only if 4 guests are on the same flight)
£25pp return: Moutiers (£15 single)
There is a surcharge of £40 for flights arriving late in Geneva and for transfers leaving Courchevel after 13.00. In both cases these are only available if agreed in writing for before booking
Mountain Heaven also charge £110 for guests landing by 2 pm in Geneva and depart after 2pm.
Courchevel is a large ski area & has its own lift pass which will be sufficient for novice skiers. Intermediates buy a 3 valleys pass to allow them to ski in Meribel & Val Thorens as well as Courchevel. It is important to have the same ski pass as other members of your lesson group so that the lesson is not limited. Lift passes should be ordered in advance through the Singlesport booking site by clicking on “options” but they are paid for by card on arrival. Skivo2 will take your payment & give you the pass when you hire skis or in your chalet . They will also organise passes in time for anyone arriving on the overnight train ready to ski Saturday morning. In 2012/3 a discount was introduced for group purchases & by buying through skivo2 you can take advantage of this discount. There is also a discount for “seniors” with proof of age. Here are the prices https://www.les3vallees.com/en/ski-pass/skipass-rates/
Skivo2 will not charge you for using your credit card but your bank may do. To avoid bank charges you can pay in cash if you wish.
Chalet Jardin guests should purchase their lift passes from Mountain Heaven
skivo2 have their own ski hire department in the basement of chalet Nicola . On arrival in resort either your minibus driver or your chalet host will take you there to choose your skis boots & helmets if required. You can order in advance & pay in sterling or select and pay on arrival in Euros cash. Either way Singlesport guests get a 20% discount on the prices below. At the end of the holiday you can leave your skis in your chalet, there is no need to return them to Chalet Nicola.
